Common questions
How long does the online learning take?
Please allow 3 to 4 hours to complete the e-learning.
What do we need to provide?
A room with space for everyone to kneel on the floor, plus chairs for the theory session. We bring all the training equipment.
When do we receive certificates?
Participants who successfully complete the assessment receive their statement of attainment on the day of training.
Do we need both HLTAID011 and HLTAID009?
No. HLTAID011 includes CPR. Choose HLTAID009 for your yearly CPR refresh.
We're a small team. Is this still for us?
Yes. The team rate covers any team up to 10 people for First Aid and CPR, and up to 9 for the education and care course, so you know the full cost upfront.
Is there a travel fee for Northern Rivers NSW?
Yes. $120 travel applies to Northern Rivers NSW deliveries, GST included.

What is the minimum group size?
Group bookings generally start from six participants. Smaller teams can still be accommodated, so please ask for a quote.
Where do you deliver training?
Onsite across the Gold Coast, Brisbane and the Northern Rivers region of New South Wales. Other locations can be arranged by request.
How long is a First Aid certificate valid?
Provide First Aid is generally recommended for renewal every three years, with CPR refreshed annually.
Can First Aid be combined with a wellbeing workshop?
Yes. Many organisations pair First Aid training with the Preventing Burnout workshop to cover both physical and psychological safety in one visit.
What happens if a participant doesn't pass the assessment?
A reassessment is offered at no extra cost. Most participants need only a short amount of extra practice to complete.
How far in advance should we book?
Two weeks' notice is ideal, though shorter notice is often possible. Tell us the dates you are working with and we will confirm availability as quickly as we can.
Can you split our team across multiple sessions for shift work?
Yes. Sessions can be scheduled across different days or shifts so your operation keeps running. Group minimums apply per session, so let us know your shift pattern and we'll work out the most cost-effective split.
What equipment do you bring?
Everything needed for the practical component, including manikins, defibrillator trainers and consumables. Your team only needs a room with enough floor space for participants to work on the ground.
