ONGOING WORKPLACE SUPPORT
The layer that makes the change last.
The Sustainable Performance Partnership is a six month program that keeps what your team learned in the Workshop and Learn to Meditate at Work genuinely alive, month by month.
6 monthly sessions, 60 to 90 minutes. From $900 per month, GST inclusive.
Book a Conversation About Your TeamA workshop happens. A six week program happens. Everyone benefits while it is running. Then it ends, and without anything to keep it going, the practice fades and the business is back where it started within a year. The problem is not the programs themselves, it is that nothing carries the momentum forward once they finish.
The Sustainable Performance Partnership runs for six months, one live session a month, each one led personally by the same facilitator your team already knows from the Workshop and Learn to Meditate at Work.
Six themes. Six months. One team, tracked the whole way through.
Each month pairs a theme and a guided practice with a short check in through the Flow app, so the team's wellbeing plan keeps adjusting based on what is actually working for that specific team, not a plan written once in month one and never revisited.
Every month follows the same rhythm, a live session with its own guided practice, an app based pulse check straight after, and a short adjustment to the team's wellbeing plan based on what the data actually shows.
Revisits the Workshop's core content and checks in on where the team's stress load genuinely sits today. Guided practice, a breath and body awareness reset.
App and plan: a baseline pulse check, and the first version of the team's wellbeing plan, built from that baseline rather than guesswork.
Deepens the regulation tools from Learn to Meditate at Work and checks how the personal practice has actually held up since. Guided practice, the core regulation meditation from that program.
App and plan: pulse check against the baseline, plan adjusted around which regulation tools the team is genuinely using.
The difference between rest and recovery, realistic boundaries around workload and an always on culture. Guided practice, a closing scan meditation designed as an end of day wind down.
App and plan: pulse check, plan adjusted around whichever boundary or recovery habit is proving realistic for this team.
Managing digital overload and interruptions, practical tools for deep work during demanding periods. Guided practice, an attention training practice.
App and plan: pulse check, plan adjusted based on where focus is genuinely improving.
Team cohesion and psychological safety, not as a soft add on, but as a practical buffer against pressure. Guided practice, a paired or small group session, still facilitated solely by Fab.
App and plan: pulse check, plan adjusted around what is actually strengthening support day to day.
Consolidates the previous five months into a plan for the next six to twelve months. Guided practice, a closing practice drawing on everything covered.
App and plan: closing pulse check compared against the month one baseline, and a renewal conversation grounded in evidence, not a fresh pitch.
Session, then a short pulse check, then an adjustment to the plan. Nothing about this program sits static for six months.
Each monthly pulse check combines the WHO-5 wellbeing index with the Copenhagen Burnout Inventory, both public domain, validated tools, anonymous and reported to the organisation only in aggregate. Individual responses stay with the participant.
Three months barely covers three sessions, not enough to show real change or justify a recurring budget line. Twelve months asks for a large commitment before any track record exists.
Six months gives six full monthly touchpoints, fits naturally inside a half year budget cycle, and ends with a genuine renewal conversation grounded in five months of real data, not a fresh pitch from zero.
A continued relationship instead of a program that quietly ends. A baseline and closing pulse survey comparison showing the trend across six months. A plain language summary at month three and month six suitable for internal reporting.
This is the natural third step after the Burnout Prevention Workshop and Learn to Meditate at Work, not a stand alone starting point.
Organisations that have already completed the Workshop, ideally alongside Learn to Meditate at Work, and want an ongoing structure rather than another one off booking. Best suited to teams of roughly 20 to 200 employees.
Particularly useful where HR teams need to show ongoing, structured investment in wellbeing, not a single event.
Client testimonials for the Sustainable Performance Partnership will be added here as the first programs complete their six month terms.

Priced as a monthly retainer, not a lump sum, since this is an ongoing relationship rather than a single delivery. On an hourly basis, Standard sits at the same rate as Learn to Meditate at Work, and the full six month total is the largest commitment across all three Flow programs, reflecting the layer that runs the longest. All prices AUD, GST inclusive, six month term.
Yes, the Sustainable Performance Partnership is designed as the third step after the Burnout Prevention Workshop, ideally alongside Learn to Meditate at Work. It is not a stand alone starting point.
